Ingredients
1lb shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese
1 can family size Campbell's cream of chicken soup
(This brand works best)
2lbs elbow macaroni any brand
1lb your choice sliced bacon(diced ham can be substituted)
1/4 your choice of milk
Directions
On stove top, in large pot, boil macaroni according to package directions, drain, put into ungreased large roasting pan, set aside.
In medium sauce pot, empty contents of cream of chicken soup, milk and 1lb cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
Pour cheese mixture on top of macaroni, making sure to distribute the cheese sauce evenly.
Top with slices of bacon or mix diced ham in.
Bacon topped: Bake at 400degrees until bacon is cooked
Just ham: Bake at 400degrees for 10-15 minutes(varies according to oven)
Serves about 10 as a main dish more for a side dish.
