3 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Combine ingredients and store in a jar or any other airtight container.Instructions for Beer Biscuit Mix:Sift biscuit mix into a mixing bowl. Cut in 1/4 cup shortening; until cornmeal consistency. Add 3/4 cup beer. Knead lightly and roll out. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
